Building service contractors (BSCs) come from different specialties in the commercial cleaning industry, yet all have similar business goals in mind. BSCAI offers four different types of memberships to fit your membership interests and needs.
Why Join
Log in with your BSCAI username and password to get started. If you don't have an account, follow the below instructions to create one.
- Please click on the “Log in” button in the top right corner of the BSCAI homepage
- Then select “create an account” from the screen you are redirected to
- Enter your first and last name, and the email and password you would like associated with your account
- Please enter all personal information (work phone and mailing address) as well as fill in all other required fields in the create account page
- Once your personal account is setup, you will be moved on to the next step in the process which will ask you with two primary options
- If are not currently member, you will select the Create New option and enter all pertinent company information requested
- After inputting your information, a pop-up screen will appear with a “Purchase Organization Membership” button
- This will take you through additional setup questions to determine the membership category and will provide a credit card processing screen in the checkout area
- If they are you will enter their name into the dropdown box under “My company is already a member” and add yourself to the organization

Building Service Contractor members are companies that are engaged in providing services in and surrounding buildings and residences on a contract basis. So, if you provide janitorial cleaning, maintenance, grounds keeping and other services in buildings, plants, health care facilities, schools, residences or any other type of building on a contract or outsourced basis, this is the category for you.

Companies and individuals whose customers are building service contractors, in-house professionals, residential cleaners, maintenance professionals, etc., are covered under this membership category.

Allied
Allied Members fall into one of three categories:
In-House Professional – This membership category is for janitors, custodians, housekeepers and anyone who cleans and maintains a facility and is not part of an outside contracting company.
Subscribing Member – This category includes, but is not limited to, libraries, industrial engineers, architects, vocational schools, teachers, etc.
Association Member – Any local or state association, society or council involved in the building service contracting industry. National or international associations for building service contractors or any association deemed to be a competitor association will not be accepted as a member of BSCAI.

Contract Security
BSCAI is the logical choice for professional contract security companies. Unlike other associations that cross the spectrum of electronics, private investigations and background service, BSCAI is dedicated solely to contract security companies.
