Jordan first found her passion for Human Resources during a special topics class in college. She has always been passionate about helping others and making lasting, positive impact in her work. Throughout grad school, her emphasis focused on conflict management, negotiations, and employee relations. Since coming to Puritan, one of her main focuses has been to reducing employee turnover. With the help of her exceptional team, Puritan’s annual turnover has decreased by over 30% in the past two years. When she is not working, Jordan loves to ski, paddle board, and travel with her husband.

Kevin is an accomplished HR professional bringing over 20 years’ experience working within the not-for profit, private, and public sectors. He has held several key HR leadership positions, successfully aligning HR strategy with overall business objectives. Additionally, he teaches a variety of courses including conflict management, leadership, communications, and change management within several academic institutions.

Kevin is a Certified HR Professional (CPHR), has an HBA (Psychology) from the University of Winnipeg and an MBA (Global Leadership) from the University of Fredericton.

Terell is an industry expert with over 20 years of ground-up experience in facility management and a Certified Building Services Executive (CBSE) through the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). Recently, Terell earned her Landscape Professional Certification through the State of Oregon and her Certified Snow Professional accreditation from the Snow and Ice Management Association. Her knowledge and skill set have been developed by years of experience which encompass operations, sales, finance, and management. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Human Resources for Harvard Companies in the Northeast region, Irene provides executive-level HR business partnership to operational stakeholders across Harvard's diverse portfolio. Under her guidance, the Northeast HR team has flourished into a highly functioning unit, renowned for its ability to deliver innovative solutions and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Prior to her role at Harvard Companies, Irene held key leadership positions within prominent hospitality organizations, including MCR Hotels and Marriott International/Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. During her tenure, she spearheaded numerous initiatives, from leading HR opening efforts for iconic establishments like the TWA Hotel at JFK International Airport to overseeing complex merger and acquisition transitions.

F. Nazir Hill serves as the president and chief executive officer at Complete Facility Services, LLC (CFS). Nazir has over 25 years of experience in finance, leadership and operations. He joined Harvard in 2014 after a career in private practice at Proskauer Rose and Buchan Ingersoll & Rooney representing clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, building services, and construction. Brian oversees all legal and contractual matters for the company, including employment issues, service and vendor agreements, corporate transactions, litigations, and union relations. Brian is a graduate of Cornell University’s’ School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) and graduated Cum Laude from University of Michigan Law School. He is a member of the BSCAI's Board of Directors.
