In this session, I will share the story of our company, Frantz Building Services, from its inception in 1985 to our current status of $15M in revenue and over 600 employees. From 1985 to 2007, we grew from $0 to $1.5M. From that point forward, we experienced a major inflection point in our growth curve. I want to walk through 4 specific stages of our growth, the challenges that came with each stage, and the keys to pushing past each distinct plateau. This will include a discussion of our first acquisition, branching out into new cities, hiring our first company president, etc.
