Using the insights gained from Sessions 1, 2 and 3, we will wrap up the day by hearing case studies on how other companies have strengthened management resources and trainings on emotional intelligence, human behavior and cross-cultural barriers to tackle the “people don’t quit their jobs, they quit their managers” challenge. Panelists with backgrounds in organizational training and people development will share insights about and the benefits of implementing management trainings on these topics to establish the building blocks for a sustainable internal talent pool.
