BSCAI’s 2022 Contracting Success event proved to be a tremendous achievement, boasting close to 800 attendees over three days. Those that came to Chicago arrived ready to network, learn, and get inspired by both their peers and industry experts.
Taking place at both the McCormick Place and the Chicago Hilton, the 2022 Contracting Success event offered ample time for attendees to converse with other business owners in any of the 38 booths on the show floor, participate in networking roundtables, as well as sit in on key breakout sessions led by influential thought leaders. The breakout sessions throughout the event covered everything from implementing software to maximize an ROI, strengthening relationships through communication, and smart ways to scale your business.
“If anyone is looking for a place to gain industry specific knowledge, connect with like-minded leaders, and be inspired to grow your business, then you need to attend a BSCAI Contracting Success Conference,” said Marci Hernandez, Co-owner and CEO of Keepers Commercial Cleaning. “Members of BSCAI are so kind and willing share to information and offer help if I ever have a question. I always make it a priority to attend.
This year’s keynote speakers, Kristen Hadeed, Founder of Student Maid, and Dan Gingiss, Customer Experience Coach, as well as General Session speaker Alex Goldfayn, CEO of The Revenue Growth Consultancy, challenged attendees to think about their businesses in new ways. From working with the next generation of professionals to garnering a deeper understanding of your customers’ needs, each presentation offered invaluable perspectives for all those in the audience.
Paul Taylor, President-elect of BSCAI and Contracting Success Committee Chair, emphasized the importance of the event for industry professionals and the myriad benefits associated with attending.
“I really enjoyed this year’s BSCAI Contracting Success Conference at the Hilton in Chicago,” said Taylor. “We brought several members of our team, and we all had great opportunities for networking and gained valuable information and ideas on how to improve our work environment, company culture, and alleviate our labor shortage. Kristen Hadeed’s session on working with millennials was outstanding!”
Contracting Success proves year after year to be an invaluable opportunity for business owners and their teams to connect with their peers and discover new opportunities for their business.
“The conference was a great success for me!” said Fernando Cruz, President and CEO of Dynamond Building Services. “I have many great ideas to share and implement with my team to put our organization in a better position so that we may improve our employees’ and customers’ lives and businesses.”
