• The importance of cleaning certifications when choosing a contractor was important to nearly half (49%) of executives in 2021 - a 16 percentage-point increase over 2019 totals
• Over 54% of executives are willing to stretch their wallets for increased infection control procedures - a 30 percentage-point increase over 2019 totals
• 91% of facility executives have no plans to implement smart or IoT-based (internet of things) technology in restrooms that can send service alerts to janitor
